Silencer, connected to the exhaust port of a device, suppresses the exhaust noise.

Resin
  • PBT is used for the main resin parts. PBT: A standard resin material that is ideal for general environments.
Metal
  • Brass with electroless nickel plating is used for the main metal parts.
Seal rubber
  • NBR is used for the seal rubber material. NBR: A material generally used as a sealing material. Please note that it is inferior in ozone resistance.

Caution

1.Clogged element ​increases the exhaust resistance. It may cause a deterioration of the entire system due to clogging.

2.Refer to the following table for tightening the screws. Tighten the threaded body until they are slightly tight, then further tighten them using the appropriate tool on the outer hexagonal column. Knurling locknut needs to be tightened firmly by hand without using any tool. Since the main body is made of resin or the outer circumference is knurled, it may cause damage to the screws or the main body if not tightened properly.

3.If the function deteriorates due to clogging of the element, replace the unit. Note that it is not possible to replace the element only.
