Resin
  • PBT is used for the main resin parts. PBT: A standard resin material that is ideal for general environments.
Metal
  • Brass with electroless nickel plating is used for the main metal parts.
Seal rubber
  • NBR is used for the seal rubber material. NBR: A material generally used as a sealing material. Please note that it is inferior in ozone resistance.
  • HNBR is used for the seal rubber material. HNBR: A material with improved ozone resistance by adding hydrogen to NBR. Ideal for low-concentration ozone countermeasures.

Options

  • Fluorine grease is used as grease, and the product is packaged in a clean room after cleaning with clean air.

Detailed Safety Instructions

Warning

1.To adjust the speed of the actuator, gradually turn the needle from the fully closed position to increase the air volume. If the needle is open, there is a risk of the actuator move suddenly and violently. Turning the needle clockwise closes the valve, while turning it counter-clockwise opens it.

2.When adjusting the flow rate of the equipment, the needle should be turned to open gradually from the fully closed position. If the needle is in open position, a high flow rate will be instantly applied to the equipment and there is a risk of damage to it.

3.Use a speed controller with a locking mechanism since the needle may rotate and the flow rate may change when using this product in a place where there is excessive vibration or shock.

4.The needle is equipped with a stopper mechanism when fully open, but be careful not to over turn the needle or deform it with a screwdriver, as this may cause damage. If the needle is damaged, it may pop out.

Caution

1.Leakage is allowed for the control flow even when the needle is fully closed position and should not be used in such a way that zero leakage is required. Also, if the needle is tightened more than necessary to achieve zero leakage, it may be damaged.
