This push-type valve turns on and off the input of air pressure.
The operating force is not affected by the strength of air pressure owing to the spool valve mechanism.

Resin
  • PBT is used for the main resin parts. PBT: A standard resin material that is ideal for general environments.
Metal
  • Brass with electroless nickel plating is used for the main metal parts.
Seal rubber
  • NBR is used for the seal rubber material. NBR: A material generally used as a sealing material. Please note that it is inferior in ozone resistance.

Warning

1.The pushpins and rollers must not be loaded beyond the limit stroke by mechanical operation. There is a risk of damage to the product.

2.Avoid using it in situations where a cam or dog stands up sharply. There is a risk that shocking loads may cause damage to the unit.

3.Do not operate the air switch type or foot switch type by mechanical operation. There is a risk of damage to the product.

4.Make sure that the mechanical valve operates properly at startup, especially in applications that require reliability. There is a risk of system failure or malfunction due to faulty operation.

5.Avoid using the product in places where it is exposed to water droplets, oil drops, or dust. As it is not a drip-proof and dust-proof structure, it may cause malfunction.

Caution

1.Consult with PISCO if the operation frequency is high.

2.The number of ports and direction of continuity should be confirmed by the markings on the unit.

3.Note that the effective cross-sectional area of the microswitch and panel-mounted types varies with the stroke. Insufficient stroke can cause insufficient flow.

4.Be sure to push the push pin of air switch type or the upper lid of foot switch type completely until it stops. Insufficient push can cause poor continuity and insufficient flow due to insufficient switching.
