*) Adhere to the following conditions in case the fluid media is water

Surge pressure must be controlled lower than max. operating pressure when using water as a fluid medium

Tap water in Japan, which is soft water (low mineral content) can be used. Carry out the evaluation under an actual operating condition for using other kind of water

Be sure to place Insert Ring (WR) into the tubing end when the tubing is inserted into Push-in Fitting with water as a fluid medium

*2) The value of max. operating pressure is measured at 20ºC at 65%RH. When the tubing is used in different conditions, consider a safety ratio of the pressure with an enough margin, referring to Burst Pressure Curve. When the tubing is frequently swung and bent, there is a possibility of generating heat between molecules, and damaging the product

1.The dimensions of L1 and ød may change as time passes

2.If there is some difficulty in peeling off the tubings individually, cut a slit on the bonded part with a cutter around 5mm from the tubing end and peel them off
