Normally closed type and Normally open type are prepared for vacuum supply valve.

Easily viewable LCD dual display pressure sensor is prepared for pressure sensor.

2-color indication depending on output. Main display:Pressure value (red or green), Sub display:Setting value (orange).

Minus common spec. is selectable when negative side of power supply is used as common reference potential.

Available in the specification for fields requiring "No copper-based metal material is used in airflow paths"and "Low-level Ozone resistance".

No copper-based metal material is used in airflow paths, and sealing rubber and moving parts for lubrication are designed to be resistant to low-level ozone and ultra-dry air.

The tightening torques, for the mounting of the product is given in "How to fix body" and for the filter cover is given in "How to replace Filter Elements".
