Detailed Safety Instructions

Warning

1.All screws must be tightened to the correct torque referring to the instructions. The tightening torques, for the mounting of the product is given in "How to fix Stand-alone/Manifold type", and for the solenoid valve is given in "How to replace Filter Elements". Failure to tighten to the correct torque may result in air leaks, product detachment and damage to parts of the product.

2.If the product is energized continuously for about 15 minutes or more, the frequency of continuous energizing should not exceed 10 times per day.

3.The solenoid valve of this product uses a current limit circuit, which is a feature that reduces the current value when the coil is kept energized. Do not use in environments subject to vibrations or shocks outside the specifications. It may lead to troubles such as valve malfunction.

Caution

1.This product is not equipped with a vacuum filter. Be sure to use PISCO vacuum filter series together. If a vacuum filter is not used, dust and dirt can accumulate inside the product, causing poor vacuum performance, leaks and malfunctioning of the solenoid valve. (Recommended vacuum filters: VFU series, VFJ series)
