Taper pipe female thread, Parallel pipe female thread and Push-in fitting are available.

Detailed Safety Instructions
Warning
1.Since this product is not explosion-proof, do not apply positive pressure other than instantaneous pressure for blow-off (vacuum breaking). There is a risk of injury to the human body due to damage of the product.
2.The bowl is made of polycarbonate. Do not use the chemicals or use in those atmospheres listed in the following Table. There is a risk of injury to the human body due to damage to the bowl.
Caution
1.Perform regular maintenance and inspection of the filter element. Clogging of the element may result in poor performance or trouble. When replacing the element, be sure to understand "How to remove the dust in bowl and replace a filter element", and make sure that the internal pressure of the filter is released to atmospheric pressure before replacement to ensure safety.
2.After removing the dust and replacing the element, make sure that the bowl is securely fixed and that there is no vacuum leakage.
3.When connecting the piping, check the outline dimentional drawing and the arrows for the air flow direction on the product. Reverse connection does not satisfy the filter function.
4.Drainage (dust or moisture) accumulation must be kept below the "MAX.DRAIN LEVEL" indicated on the bowl. The airflow can wind up the drainage and significantly reduce the life of the filter element.
5.When tightening a fitting to each port of this product, grasp the hexagonal-column of each port with an appropriate tool and tighten it so that it does not rotate together. For the tightening torque, refer to the torque in the following table and tighten so that there is no leakage.
6.When installing and fixing the product, mount the bowl downward and vertically.
7.The fixing screws for the bracket and the product must be regularly retightened.
Frequently Asked Questions for Vacuum Accessories Series
There are two ways of measuring pressure, absolute pressure and gauge pressure.
Absolute pressure
Absolute pressure is zero-referenced against a perfect vacuum.
It is commonly used to measure flow rate.
When indicated, "abs" is inserted following the unit, for example 10 kPa abs.
Gauge pressure
Gauge pressure is zero-referenced against ambient air pressure.
It indicate how much pressure per 1cm2 is against the ambient air pressure. It is commonly used for indication of manometer. When the pressure is over the ambient air pressure, it is called "positive pressure" and when it is under the ambient air pressure, it is called "negative pressure."
Tube exhaust and silencer vent are different exhaust methods and can be selected according to the application of the vacuum line.
For vacuum circuit
Due to the cyclone effect and the filter, the air from which dust and water droplets have been removed is discharged to the outlet (fitting) side.
Similar to a general in-line filter, it is a type installed between devices.
Usage example 1
Since it has a larger capacity than the union type, it can collect a lot of dust and reduce the number of maintenance.
When using it for a vacuum pump, etc., install it on the intake side of the vacuum pump.
*) At this time, it is possible to reduce the pulsation of vacuum air by using an air tank together.
For exhaust circuit
The air from which dust and water droplets have been removed by the cyclone effect and the filter is discharged directly to the atmosphere (outside air).
Install at the end of the exhaust. In addition to the purpose of dust accumulation, it can also be used to collect powder (granular material) in air by using it together with the vacuum generator VRL for transporting granules and powder.
Usage example 2
Fine dust that could not be removed is scattered in the atmosphere, so it is not suitable for clean environments.
