Resin
  • PBT is used for the main resin parts. PBT: A standard resin material that is ideal for general environments.
Metal
  • SUS304 is used for the main metal parts. SUS304: Ideal for use where strength is required or in a chemical atmosphere.
Seal rubber
  • FKM is used as seal rubber material. FKM: Excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, and ozone resistance.
  • No copper-based metallic material is used in flow paths
  • HNBR or FKM is used for the seal rubber material. *Some products are only compatible in the flow path.
  • No lubrication is used during assembly.
  • Fluorine grease is used as grease, and the product is packaged in a clean room after cleaning with clean air.

Detailed Safety Instructions

Warning

1.Perform regular maintenance and inspection of the hollow fiber membrane of MFU filter. Clogging of the hollow fibre membrane may result in poor performance or trouble. Replace the product with a new one after one year of use or when the pressure loss becomes 0.1MPa or more.

2.Do not use or store it outdoors or in direct sunlight. Direct sunlight and ultraviolet rays may deteriorate the hollow fiber membrane and potting agent, which may significantly reduce the filter performance.

3.The explosion-proof function of this product is to prevent splashing when the filter case is damaged, not to prevent the filter case from being damaged itself.

4.Do not use in the following fluids or operating atmospheres Corrosive gases, organic solvents, chemicals, water (steam), excessive humidity, dust, air or nitrogen containing oil mist, etc.

Caution

1.Be sure to flush the inside of the pipe with clean air before piping. Dust, rust, sealing tape, etc. in the piping may cause clogging. Also, when connecting pipes, etc., be sure to flush from the air inflow direction with clean air in order to reduce the effect of dust emission from the connection.

2.The filter element of this product cannot be replaced.

3.Depending on the usage conditions, the hollow fibers may be disordered, but this will not affect the performance.
